- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup lime juice (i ended up adding more once I was done)
- 1/4 cup hopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt to taste
How to make:
- Blend everything together in a food processor.
- I added a little bit a water and some more lime juice to thin it out.
- This can keep in the fridge up to a week.
so easy, everything in the food processor.
I used every veggie I had in my fridge, plus some grilled chicken.
