Window Doctor of Colorado

Happy Friday friends! I hope your week has been a good one, we're closing in on the end of week 7 of quarantine, and it sounds weird to say, but it's starting to feel a little like our normal.

This post isn't like most, but I have to brag about a company Adam and I recently used. About 3 months ago, we started our search for a window company. If your local channels are like ours, there are a thousand commercials for random window companies. Trying to find a company you can trust is much harder. I started on Yelp and moved through reviews, cutting out the companies that had reviews like "I paid them, and he never showed." Or, "It took 8 weeks longer than they quoted me." If you've been following me for a while, you know last year Adam and I had a terrible experience with a flooring contractor and I was not going to do that again.

We had 5 companies come to our house to give us quotes. Some places told us our project was too small, some quoted us wayyyyy too high, and one company just gave me the heebie jeebies.

Window Doctor of Colorado quickly stood out as the company to go with. Joe came to our house, was 20 minutes early, measured everything quickly and efficiently, and didn't waste our time. He gave us the information we needed, provided pamphlets on the windows we were looking at and we had a quote in our emails before he left the front door. He was kind, and you could tell, takes incredible pride in his company.

We got our quote from Joe about 1 week prior to quarantine, and safe to say, our life slowed drastically. I kind of put Joe on hold but then once we decided to move forward, he was ready. He personally came and picked up our deposit, texted me once the windows were ordered (the same day we paid him!), and it only took TWO weeks to get our windows in. He text me on a Saturday that our windows were in, and Wednesday our windows were being installed.

The last thing Joe did that was so great was he made us feel safe during the install. I've been a nervous nelly about Covid-19, especially when it comes to people being IN my house. Joe text me the day before to reassure me they would take precautions.

On the day of, he showed up with a mask and gloves, laid tarps down everywhere they would be walking, took their shoes off before entering the house (each time!), and then when they were finished, they Cloroxed everything down. The entire install took 4 hours.

I literally can't speak more highly of this company, their employees, and the results. We're going to use them for all our future windows and I thought, since we loved them so much, I thought you would too!
