"Perform, then, this one act of remembrance before this Day passes - Rememberthere is an army of defense and advance that never dies and never surrenders, but is increasingly recruited from the eternal sources of the American spirit and from the generations of American youth." ~W.J. Cameron
Today I feel like I have so much to be thankful for. Happy Memorial Day Everyone! I hope first and foremost you're remembering everyone who died, fought and served in honor of this wonderful nation we all call home. What an amazing thing to serve your country. I am eternally grateful to all those who serve(d).
I've been MIA recently but for the best of reasons. My one and only brother got married last Saturday to his love, Camila. It was the best weekend ever. Starting on Wednesday I had dinner with my three new sisters at Pizzera Bianco. It's amazing. We sat around, taking pictures, eating pizza, drinking lots of wine and champagne and enjoying the fact that we are now, legally, sisters. What an amazing thought. Thursday and Friday we're a blur due to family outings, more relatives than I could hope for, Adam (and Adam) coming in town, wine, pictures, dancing and lots of hugging, reminiscing and enjoying company of family, friends, new friends and new family. I don't think my heart has ever feel bigger than it did this weekend. That was only pre-wedding bliss too. Saturday came wedding day. Hair, makeup, champagne and pictures made up one of the best days, and it wasn't even my wedding day! I have never seen my big brother so happy, I'm pretty sure he never stopped smiling, and I'm pretty sure he never stopped looking at Camila. Camila was so gorgeous as always. It was one of the greatest weekends and I'm sad its over, but it was a wonderful weekend of family and friends. I wish I could go back but instead I'll look at pictures over and over.
Aren't they gorgeous?

Summer is finally here. 2L year is finally finished and that means we have ONE year left as law students. It's kind of crazy to fully grasp what all that entails but in the meantime I'm going to enjoy my week off before my new job starts! It just so happens Carrie Underwood just came out with a new album to fully start my summer off right. So this next week is going to consist of lots of pool and sun time, margs with the girls, HH and celebrating being 2/3rds done with law school.Make a wish and place it in your heart. Anything you want, everything you want. Do you have it? Good. Now believe it can come true. You never know where the next miracle is going to come from. The next smile, the next wish come true. But if you believe that it's right around the corner, and you open up your heart and mind to the possibility of it, to the certainty of it, you just might get the thing you're wishing for. The world is full of magic. You just have to believe in it. So make your wish. Do you have it? Good. Now believe in it, with all of your heart.
Another great night with fabulous pictures, food and drinks. It's hard to believe we're almost 3L's!
Cheers to a great night :)

This weekend was the best reunion weekend I've had in the longest time. Carly, Callie and I have spent many college years together dealing with everyone one could imagine. And, almost three years after college graduation we're still as close as we ever were. Champagne, black jack and manicures made up our perfect weekend and I can't wait for the next reunion.
Frolicking through old market.

best friends.
