Happy Tuesday friends! Guys, I know things are about to slow way down, but this pregnancy is absolutely flying. We have 12 weeks (or less!) until we meet this baby girl.

This last weekend my mom and sister-in-law threw me the most incredible shower. Besides it being absolutely stunning, it was so full of love, laughter and so much joy as we welcome this sweet little babe in to the world. I loved that I had an entire day talking about baby girl and celebrating her.

After the shower, I came home, washed her new clothes, ironed them and put them all away. It gives me so much joy to be in her room. I could sit in there all day. 12 weeks baby girl, lets do this thing.

Thank you to all my amazing family and friends for the best shower. You don't know how much this weekend meant to me. I can't wait for all of you to meet her!

On to the bumpdate. Hello third trimester! I'm so happy to see you!

How far along: 28 weeks! 

Size: Baby Girl is as big as a eggplant! At 28 weeks she measured a little over 2.5 pounds She's also measuring at about 15 inches!  

How I’m feeling: Very pregnant. But honestly, really good. I have energy (most of the day), I'm hungry a lot, but can't eat a ton, so small meals are my go-t0. My ankles are swollen, but luckily my hubs is a foot massage hero. I'm not sleeping great, lots of tossing and turning, but hey it's prepping me for when she's here. My hair is so thick and curly which sounds great but is a mess to deal with. 

Cravings: All the fruit, candy and protein shakes. 

Nursery: She has a fully prepared crib, bookcase, and clothes! Her chair and dresser are getting delivered soon! She has a beautiful rug and we ordered the lighting. It's so close to being done and then I'll give you the grand tour.   

Workouts: 30 minute walks! 

Movement: Yes! All the time, all day long, especially at night when I lay down. Adam finally felt her move too! 

Things to remember: Our baby shower. It was so overwhelming to be loved by so many amazing people. I'll remember her first time kicking. I had to text my friend and ask if what I was feeling was kicking. Sure enough it's gotten stronger and now I can see her kicks.

I'll remember Adam and the sweet way he talks about baby girl and how excited he is. I'll remember coming home from our shower and showing him all the stuff (most of which is pink) and him being as excited as I was. This little girl has no clue yet how lucky she is to have Adam as her dad. He's going to be the best dad ever and is proving that before she's even here.
