It's finally Friday, hooray! This week has been one for the record books. Long days, long nights and I was a day ahead all week. Seriously, is there anything worse than waking up on Thursday thinking it's Friday? Nope. There isn't, I checked.
My parents arrived last night and I am so excited they are here and they get to be here for a snowy weekend in Denver. My mom always says that she wouldn't mind a little cold. Welp, I think Denver and mother nature heard her loud and clear. We are in for a chilly semi-snowy weekend.
There is nothing better than having my parents in town. I just love it. Sometimes I tell Adam that I don't feel like an adult and we're living in this house playing make believe house. It gives me comfort to have adults in the house, my parents specifically.
This outfit has quickly become on of my go-tos. This shirt is literally my favorite shirt. I wear it probably a little too often. And who knew mom-jeans would be my favorite pair of jeans! I call them mom jeans because they are very high-waisted and have a little longer of a crotch than most skinny jeans.
Yesterday, while in a daze at work, I was day dreaming about all the good things, all the things that make me happy. I posted a quote on the blog a while ago and I think about it often -->
Every morning when we get up, we get to make the choice to be happy or not. Yes, life sometimes sucks. It's hard. There's a lot of sadness and darkness. But there is also so much light. There is so much good in this world and I think too often it's easier to dwell on the bad. Today, I'm choosing the happy. There was a lot of good stuff in the blog world and beyond this week, let's talk about it.

Yesterday, while in a daze at work, I was day dreaming about all the good things, all the things that make me happy. I posted a quote on the blog a while ago and I think about it often -->
Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
- Thomas Rhett came out with a new song today, "Craving you." It's so good. You can listen to it below.
- Juli at Paleo OMG is killing the food game with her Seared Ahi Tuna Sushi Bowls. I am dying to make this soon.
- Ashley at Afternoon Espresso is styling her baby bump in the cutest way with this target slip dress. I know where I'm headed after work! I think the slip dress is going to be the cutest summer trend.
- Natalie and I went to college together at Pepperdine and is now absolutely killing the blog game, jewelry making game and mama game. She makes the cutest jewelry ever and I'm dying over this Chrissy necklace. It's almost my name which means I should probably buy it, right?
- I am currently obsessed with bell sleeves and white pants. It all feels so summery to me. Caitlin at Southern Curls and Pearls has styled my dream outfit.
- Taylor at Daily Tay just became an aunt again, so I can totally relate to her on this post: How to be the fun aunt. That is my daily objective. How do I make my nieces and nephews love me the most. It's a constant struggle. This post is hilar.
- I am so glad sneakers are becoming popular again. Do we call them sneakers or tennis shoes? I may never get it right, but Gucci sure did with these embroidered rose sneakers. Now, how do I convince Adam that $695 is justifiable if they're Gucci and I promise to wear them all the time.
This is my "I'm casually sitting on the ground in an alley just
because I loved this brick wall" face.
"Wanna stand in the middle of the road with the wind viciously blowing?"
Sure! I love that my photog friend is super adventurous.
We got so lucky on this day because it was March but so sunny, so warm and I was actually sweating in this picture. Glorious.
Happy Friday dear friends. I hope you have such a wonderful weekend. Here's to choosing happy.
Happy Thursday friends! Are you sensing a blog trend going on? Yes, it's me, desperately trying to find the perfect skin care, Yesterday I was talking face masks. Today. I am talking every day skin care.
I am so pumped it's Thursday. My parents are coming in town this weekend, we're supposed to get a snow storm on Saturday and all is right in the world. I plan on showing them everything from my Denver Hot-spot list and probably even a little more. What are your weekend plans?
Okay, let's get back on topic, Columbia SkinCare. I am SO excited to share this product with you today. Here's where the disclaimer comes in, so you know, I received this product free, but all opinions are my own, swear.
I received this product a little over a month ago. I think in all fairness and in order to write a proper review, I had to have at least a month to try it. I was given a cream and a serum. I've been using them with my normal cleanser.
Wanna know the coolest thing about this product? It's a Probiotic Concentrate and Complex. Meaning, just like the probiotics or good bacteria that we ingest to stay healthy, it's now being used on the skin. This product does what we all really want in a skin care, it renews and rejuvenates the skin. Healthy glowing skin is so possible and in large part to this product. And let's get real, healthy skin is beautiful skin. Let's be clear though, this product is not to cover things up. It's designed to actually renew your skin and nourish it, so that it only continues to get better!
Like I mentioned, I've been using this product for a little over a month and I can totally see the brightness renewed in my face. My sun spots (thanks arizona) are lightening and overall, I have clearer skin. My quest to get rid of acne is going good.
One little caveat form the owners:
But, to be honest, I dove head first into this product and haven't been the slightest bit disappointed. I'm literally obsessed with it.
I know what you're thinking, where can I sign up?! Well, luckily for you I have a promo code! If you purchase either probiotic product, you will receive a FREE moisturizing cream (literally a $38 offer!) just use promo code: ProbioticGift at checkout!
Head to the link here --> Columbia SkinCare and get buying ladies and gents!

Even Henry loves it.
One little caveat form the owners:
Our probiotics promote the natural cleansing of impurities in the cellular system, including residual impurities from other medications and treatments including retinoids.
There can sometimes be a slight interaction, usually a tiny blemish or pimple developing on a person who has been using too much retinol or retinal products. This is actually the effort of our probiotics to rid the cells of the impurities in the retinal products which often result in the drying of the skin. There is so much overuse and abuse of products containing retinal and many people aren’t even aware of the cumulative side effects from all retinol products and their derivatives. This is one of the true benefits of our technology. It is now possible to obtain all the benefits of retinoids without any of the harmful and otherwise unwanted side effects.Don't overuse this. Just like most products, it can be drying. It is important to use the product as specified. And with any new product, its a good idea to do small testing areas before full use. Skin is so different and I'd hate for you to go overboard.
But, to be honest, I dove head first into this product and haven't been the slightest bit disappointed. I'm literally obsessed with it.

Happy Thursday!
Winter is absolutely brutal for my skin. The freezing cold, super dry air makes for dry blech skin. Throw in a few days of 70+ degree temps and forget about it. My face is a mess.
About a month ago, I started noticing more breakouts. Once I got over my teenage years, I was blessed with pretty clear skin. Sure I'd have the occasional breakout, but nothing I couldn't handle.
I could not figure out this recent breakout fest my face was participating in. Was it my diet? I cut out all sugar. That helped, but I was still noticing little blemishes. I wasn't on my period, wasn't pregnant, so excess hormones couldn't be the issue. Was my makeup causing it? I stopped using one product and I bought new face make up, maybe mine was old? Nope, nothing, still breaking out.
My skin care routine has always been super basic. Great cleaner, toner and night and morning moisturizer. It's always worked for me. I wash my face in the morning and night and never really put much effort in to my skin because for the most part it cooperated with me. I've never been super dedicated to one product or another but am always willing to try new stuff. I knew after this last rush of breakouts I had to try something new.
I went to the mall to find a solution and stumbled upon Lush. Now, we all know what Lush is, the amazing smelling place in the mall. Its filled with colorful bath bombs, great smelling lotions and the best lip tints ever. I went in and began searching for the best mask.
A man approached me offering to help and I couldn't notice how nice his skin was. I told him my small back story about mini-blemishes and how I just wanted something to clean my pores. Before saying a word, he directed me to this mask. He suggested starting once a day for 4-5 days and then every other and then once a week.
Sold. I ran home, washed my face and on the mask went. Adam even joined me! It is the cleanest, tingling feeling mask ever. Day 4 and I could totally see a difference. My skin is brighter, my pores are tighter and cleaner and my skin looks so rejuvenated.
Now, if you're one of the lucky ones with tiny pores, I have a few other masks I LOVE and for different reasons.
Let me be clear, I'm not a dermatologist, I use what I like and how it works for my skin. Always be careful when trying new products as you might have a reaction you didn't quite expect. I always talk to people when buying skin products about my own skin and any concerns I have.
What to use: See below- I listed by 4 favs!
How to use: Apply that mask!
Why: Clear skin, bright skin, smaller pores and happier faces!
Let's get to it. My 4 favorite skin masks:
Lush: Mask of Magnaminty: This tingly, minty face and body mask was formulated to be intensely cleansing but never harsh or abrasive. Kaolin clay and peppermint oil rid your pores of debris, giving you a delightfully tingly clean sensation. We add loads of ground aduki beans to exfoliate flaky or dry skin, vanilla absolute to calm redness and honey to soothe and moisturize.
Be prepared to look a little goofy with it on, but glorious when you wash it off. I use a gentle moisturizer after I use this mask and it is the most refreshing feeling ever.
If you are looking to replenish moisture to your skin, this mask is for you. You will feel instantly rejuvenated. This mask is perfect for those cold harsh winters. It's Adams favorite - yes men can wear face masks!
Dr. Jart+: All that Lift and Firm: A specially-designed mask that achieves the appearance of skin-lifting and elasticity improvement.
Wanna tighten your skin? Look jowls? Chin? Neck? This mask is for you. It is designed to increase elasticity in your skin. I'm so down for this because I'm scared of needles and am not quite ready for Botox or a lift. They don't sell the lift and firm, now its called contour but it's the same stuff!
Andalou Naturals: Fruit Enzyme Mask: Fruit stem cells, resveratrol CoQ10, and bioactive 8 berry complex help support dermal vitality as fruit juice enzymes gently dissolve and exfoliate dull, dry surface cells to reveal skin’s natural glow and a rejuvenated complexion.
I love this mask. No tingling, no burning. It's gentle and refreshing. It's purpose is for those of us with very dry skin. I wanted something that instantly made my face feel fresh and moisturized. This is that mask. And, I bought it at Whole Foods, score!
Happy Wednesday friends! What are your favorite skin care products?
Let's finish out this week strong with a giveaway!

Lola may or may not have tried to lick my face while this was on.
See, everyone thinks it smells good!
Sk-II Facial Treatment Mask: A luxurious facial mask with an indulgent concentration of Pitera in a single application. Your skin is immediately and exceptionally immersed in moisturization, resulting in a visibly radiant and crystal clear complexion. If you are looking to replenish moisture to your skin, this mask is for you. My parents are coming to Denver this weekend and I am so thrilled to show them around town. A little back story, my parents lived in Denver in the late 80's - early 90's, so needless to say, Denver has changed a ton.
When they lived here, Union Station was just a train station and downtown was a place you avoided like the plague. When I was born in Colorado, I was born in Littleton, now it's Centennial. Where I live now was fields of nothing-ness. Marijuana was not legal and the airport was actually close to Denver. Now, Denver is one of the largest growing cities in the country, growing quicker than San Fran and NYC. It's housing market competes with the likes of Chicago and NYC and the highways are almost worse than LA...almost.
But, it's my current hometown and I absolutely love being here. The last time my parents were in town, my dad drove a U-haul full of my childhood goods up from AZ to CO and we spent the weekend organizing. Sunday we went to a Broncos game and before we knew it, my plan to show then around Denver had failed and we had run out of time.
This weekend will change all of that. I have so much to show them!
If you have never been to Denver, this is your Top 8 (most favorite) Places to See, Eat and Do in Denver. If you are new around here, you will learn that I love to eat and I base a lot of my activities around where the next meal is coming from. Let's go.

Are you from Denver or planning a trip here? Let me know, my favorite part about Denver is being a tour guide! Or you can check out my 20 Denver Facts, my Ultimate Tour Guide or my Dog-Friendly Tour Guide here!

Union Station, one of my favorite places.
- Union Station: Union Station is a dream. First it is a vision. They re-did the entire thing about 5 years ago and instead of just a bus and train station it is now a bar and even more. It's full of restaurants, bars, shops, book stores and flower booths. You can drink wine throughout the entire place. If you are in town, make a reservation at Mercantile and grab a glass of wine at Terminal Bar before you get seated. Cooper Lounge is so fabulous and fancy and upstairs. So you can actually look down over the entire station while you drink. Ir's amazing. Head to back and you can see real trains, my nephews would be amazed.
- Red Rocks: Talk about a vision. Red Rocks boasts gorgeous views from literally every angle. Red Rocks is a park first and an amphitheater second. It has miles of trails around and throughout the entire park. The views are so incredible. Then you have this gorgeous amphitheater situated right in the middle of the park. Beginning late spring through early fall they have tons and tons of concerts, yoga on the rocks and movie nights on the weekends. If you're a Denver newbie or a long time local, Red Rocks is a must for everyone. Warning, to get to the top of the amphitheater requires a little hike with tons of stairs, wear comfy shoes.
- Linger: Let's get a little more specific. Linger is my favorite brunch spot in Denver. If you love bottomless mimosas, ramen bowls or views of downtown, then Linger will become your favorite spot too. I, for one, am a sucker for bottomless anything so sign me up. Plus there's valet. Done.
- The Breweries: Where to begin. Denver is the number one brewery location in the country. I don't know if that's actually true, but man alive, there are more breweries than I can even count. We've lived here for almost 3 years and have visited over 40 breweries and we haven't even breached the surface. My favorite just to name a view: Epic (Sour IPA), Breck Brewery *in Breckenridge, Lone Tree Brewery (you can bring your dogs), Resolute (the best food trucks in town) and Denver Beer Co (Princess Yum Yum!).
- Coffee: This is kind of a weird one, but I am a sucker for cute coffee shops that let me take Instagram pictures. I'm being super honest here people, don't judge. Black Eye Coffee is my most favorite. It was voted the most instagrammed coffee shop in Denver. Monk and Mongoose in Lone Tree is also the cutest. Pigtrain Coffee Company in Union Station is in the same spot as the ice cream shop, so make you get an affrogato. That's espresso over ice cream. You will not regret it.
- The mountains: I cannot forget one of the biggest reasons Colorado is so amazing. Breckenridge is my favorite mountain town for skiing and hamburgers. Vail for shopping and you can bring your animals (Shout out Four Seasons!), Aspen is a fantasy town where I'm sure every mountain movie should be made in. Keystone is for torn ACLs, jkjk. There is a bar, the Snake River Saloon that has $.50 wings and they are the best things I've ever eaten.
- Hiking: This goes hand in hand with the mountains, but Denver itself has some of the most amazing hiking and trails. The Cherry Creek trail can take you from downtown Denver to miles south of Denver on a trail that spreads over 40 miles long. Now if only my legs would carry me long enough to bike that. Denver is also attempting an initiative that will make every one in Denver walking distance to a trail, allowing people to spend more time outside. How cool is that. Props to you Denver.
- Sports: Two words: Denver Broncos. Sure there are other professional sports teams, but when you have the Broncos, do you need more? My husband would disagree since he's a hockey and baseball fan, so shout-out to you Avalanche (Hockey) and Rockies (baseball). The honorable mention goes out to the Denver Nuggets, who I think are the worst basketball team. But the Avalanche are the worst hockey team too, so go Broncos. Peyton Manning, we miss you.
Like I said, the view from Red Rocks is pretty amazing
Linger used to be Olinger Mortuary, now it's the best brunch spot.
Black Eye, Monk & Mongoose, Pigtrain. You cannot go wrong with any of them
My fabulous parents, hubs and the Bronocs!

Last week I had my first ever unofficial blog photo-shoot. My girlfriend Erica, is such a bun and spent literally 6 hours with me, taking pictures, telling me my arm looked awkward and fixing my hair. I changed in the car and she hung up clothes on the window so strangers wouldn't see my whoo-ha. That is a great friend.
I bought her wine and apps after, but I'm pretty sure I owe her a puppy or something. We had so much fun. We ran through traffic (more fun than it sounds), took pictures in the street, watched as people stared at me and spent the whole day laughing.
This whole fashion blogger thing is so new to me. Let me rephrase: I am not a fashion blogger. I love clothes and recently I noticed some of you commenting on my Instagram when I post clothes pictures. Maybe this is the start of fashion blogging, hell if I know, but what I do know is that I loved spending the day with a friend taking pictures and I love clothes.
Here's hoping you all do too.
The pictures I post on Instagram are the pretty ones. They are the ones where when the sun hits my face I smile, instead of squinting. That is not that post. This is all the awkward pictures. But ya know what, the clothes are cute and that is all that matters. Instagram can be deceiving, this post will not be. I promise next week I'll start sharing the good pictures so you can see how awesome some of these pieces are!
I hope, if nothing else, this makes you smile. Happy Thursday friends!

I was trying to do downward dog. But at least you can see the awesome silver hood!
Jacket: J.Crew; Leggings: J. Crew New Balance
Little did I know we were in the middle of a St. Patricks Day parade.
This is what I call, I'm starting to go crazy. Stop taking my pictures.
"Doom" on the stairs really does say it all.
At this point, we'd given up, hence the wine. This guy stopped us and said in a sassy voice "that'll be a great instagram pic..." little did he know, he'd be making a guest appearance on EG.
And, this is my FAB photog, Erica.
Please stop. I'm dying. Like I said, Erica was a champ.
What the heck am I doing here? At least you can see a part of downtown Denver!
This bridge was shaking as we stood over I-25. Yikes. And the sun was totally making me sweat.
All those cute workout fashion bloggers are always posing. I am not good at posing.
My hair is a pretty crucial part of my 'schtick' but man does it get in the way.

Happy Thursday Friends, thanks for letting me embarrass myself a little.
A little thought for the day and a great way to preface my "deep" blog post that I have coming for ya next week.
One person with a dream is equal to 99 people who only have an interest. When one person with a dream trusts God for the outcome they will experience great things in their life.
Like I said yesterday, I'm sorry I've been neglecting this space. But today, we are back and in full force! I have so much fun stuff planned and I cannot wait to share.
If you're here because you saw my intro post on Instagram, welcome! I love that you stopped by.
If you're a constant reader, welcome back!
A simple intro: My name is Kristen, wife to Adam, dog-mom to Henry and Lola. Henry and Lola are my kids, so no I do not have human babies (yet) but my heart and hands are full with my fur babies. My full time job is as an attorney, but my dream job is to be full time here, as a blogger. I live in Denver and am coming up on my 3 year anniversary here, which is nuts.
I'm a Jesus loving, champagne drinking, dog obsessed, TV lover, almost 30-year old girl who is finally starting to figure out my life. If you didn't get that subtlety, I am almost 30 and am still coming to grips for what that means for my life. All I know now is that I love the life I'm growing up in to. I think 30 is going to be great. I like being older.
I love to write about the good stuff, the bad stuff and the delicious stuff. I occasionally write about food, am getting better at instagraming clothes and I write a lot about the Bachelor.
Bullet Facts - lets go:

If you didn't get that subtlety, I am almost 30 and am still coming to grips for what that means for my life. All I know now is that I love the life I'm growing up in to. I think 30 is going to be great. I like being older.
I love to write about the good stuff, the bad stuff and the delicious stuff. I occasionally write about food, am getting better at instagraming clothes and I write a lot about the Bachelor.
Bullet Facts - lets go:
- I don't have a favorite food - it changes daily. Hamburger, tacos, sushi, take out chinese food. Literally depends on the minute of the day.
- I'm allergic to melon, all kinds.
- I have an email folder on my comptuer of every encouraging email my dad has ever sent me. I also have a paper folder for all the newspaper clippings he's ever mailed.
- I like dogs more than I like most people
- I am super techy. Just this morning my mom called asking for help on her computer. My mother-in-law also calls,. I'm good and maybe in the wrong field.
- I still play candy crush saga. It's embarrassing, but I love it and am on level 750.
- I'm currently binge watching This is Us. I have cried in every single episode. It's my favorite show.
- I have kept a paper planner since I was in high school. Call me when your phone crashes, I'll tell you when anyone's birthday or anniversary is.
- Feet are the grossest body part to me. And yes, that is taking into consideration butts.
- Cards are the best part of any gift. I have never given a gift without a card. Even for babies.
- Country music is the best music, except Miranda Lambert. Sors.
- I've never seen Forest Gump, Armageddon, Gladiator, The Godfather (any of them) or Braveheart. Adam told me I have to change this immediately.
- Sunday-Thursday, you will find me in bed before 9pm. I am a grandma and I love it.
- I actively despise all Kardashians except for Khloe.
- I've been best friends with my best friends since I was 13. We talk every single day.
- I am an aunt to FIVE (soon to be SIX) nieces and nephews.
- At any point, if you look at my phone, you will never see a notification. The red 1's make me crazy.
- I've lived in a lot of places CO--> AZ --> CA -->Italy--> CA--> MA --> AZ --> NE --> CO.
- I cry at least once a day. Not sad cries, but a good song or TV show (or the National Anthem) can really send me over the edge.
- I talk to my mom at least 3x a day. She doesn't tell me, but I'm pretty sure sometimes she wonders what else we have to talk about.
- I only fly Southwest Airlines. In fact, I'm A-list, what what and today I'm jumping state lines to Nebraska for a little bachelorette fest.
Happy Friday friends. It's supposed to be 80 degrees in Denver today. There is something about spring that just feels so damn good. Like when you walk outside and the sun is warm but the breeze is cool. Everyone is in a better mood because warm weather means patio happy hours and more walks outside. Oh, I am so glad Spring is here on Monday.
A little quote for your weekend, "The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company …a church …a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past …we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you. We are in charge of our attitudes.”
Now, tell me something good. Tell me something about you.
Hi friends! Long time no talk! This poor little space of mine has been so neglected. January and February were kind of dud months, am I right? Like, why is the coldest and dreariest month (January) the longest. Ay. Anyways. I tried doing paleo January and it lasted me 2 weeks. I gotta live, especially on the weekends.
If you're like me and you neglect your blog, maybe you're also like me and LOVE Instagram. Here's my plug that when I'm not blogging, I'm most likely on Instagram. You can find all the good stuff there.
Let's catch up.
Bachelor. Did you see that Nick is "happily ever after?" He picked Vanessa, who is probably the most argumentative contestant ever. On After the Final Rose, all they talked about was how hard it's been, but.... they love each other. So, we shall see. One piece of relationship advice my mother always gave me growing up was "It shouldn't be that hard." Yes, relationships are constant work and dedication to each other, but the day to day should not be a constant battle. But, hey, I'm a lover of love and will wish them the best. I would not be totally shocked if Nick was on Bachelor in Paradise this summer though, just sayin.
I'm an aunt again! My darling SIL had a beautiful little baby boy, Otto. He is a little dream boat. I am now an aunt to FIVE adorable nieces and nephews. If my SIL's keep up the good work, maybe the pressure will be taken off Adam and I. Well, probably not, but maybe a little. The last weekend in February, Adam and I zipped back to Omaha to get in some much needed family time and of course, baby snuggles. It was so darn cold in Omaha, but we managed to get a ton in. We surprised my father in law for his 60th birthday, watched Otto get baptized, had lots of drinks with friends and snuck in an early AM brunch with the girls. Oh Omaha. I love you. I love you so much I'm coming back this weekend.
My cousin Rachel is considering making a big move from Detroit to Denver and wanted to come out and visit. Needless to say, we hit the ground running the second she landed. Our first night, we went to Kitchen in downtown and my love, it was so delicious. If my Denver people are reading, stop what you're doing and make reservations. It's so bomb.com. Then we had to show her Union Station, Red Rocks, Linger in Highlands, breweries, hikes and pure barre. It was such a fun weekend. Now, if you know of anyone needing a speech therapist for kiddos, let me know. It is now my life mission to get her to Denver.
Blog Photo Shoot: I had my first semi-official blog photo shoot. Can we just talk about how nerve wrecking and unnatural it is for me to pose. This is NOT a thing for me. People are so good at it, and I'm over here trying to not make my face look like I'm pooping. Needless to say I was so nervous. But, ya know what I spent 5 hours in front of a camera and I'm pretty damn proud that I finally conquered my photo blog fear. So hey, haters, comment how you'd like. Here's hoping they only get better. Fashion bloggers, send all the tips.
And the best part, next week, there will be an entire blooper blog. You don't want to miss it. Here's a sneak peak of me causally drinking wine at Union Station. I'm so natural. HA!
Happy Thursday my friends. We are so dang close to the end of the week. This weekend my future sister in law Nico is having her bachelorette party so I'm hoping over to Omaha for a weekend of girlfriends, pictures and to be honest, probably too much wine. This is when you wanna follow me on Snapchat, because we all know bachelorette parties are prime for snaps. (Kgrace01)
Tomorrow, I'm gonna let you get to know me a little better. It'll be fun! Stay tuned.

Oh hey everyone, I'm back! Happy spring! I know it's not technically spring, but it's March, so close enough right?
I could not resist blogging Monday night's episode, it was only an hour, there are only 3 left and we deal with some PG-13 quotes. Let's recap. Last week was hometowns.
But, spoiler alert -- before we went hometown on the show, we found out in real life that Rachel is the next Bachelorette....while she is still a contestant on the show. Soooo, unless this show gets super weird, Nick does not pick Rachel.
We start this episode with Andi casually showing up at Nicks hotel room and calling him out the infamous "why did you make love to me if you weren't in love with me" statement. Andi is a stunner per usual. And it's weird but the chemistry and comfort level between her and Nick is super great. Maybe we all get thrown the biggest twist in bachelor history and he picks her at the end. Wouldn't that be pretty dang awesome.
Speaking of rose ceremony, lets get to it. They are still doing this crap with the rose ceremony at the beginning of the episode. I hate this new thing. Stick to what you know. Vanessa's dress is killer. She looks amazing. And ABC, why oh why do you put these girls outside on a roof in New York in the winter. Serious?
Raven has been the first one to get a rose in the last two episodes, what does that say? Hmm.
Spoiler Alert: Our comedic relief in Corrinne is gone. We will miss your hilarious comments Corrinne, but I have a feeling you are going to (1) be Instagram famous and (2) be on bachelor in paradise. We'll see you this summer girlfriend. It's about time. Lols Adam.
Finland. I wonder if Nick has any say over where he gets to go. Like, if I was the Bachelorette, I'd be in the Amalfi Coast, or Paris, or New Zealand. It is pretty awesome that they could see the northern lights, that's rad. But man. I hate being cold. And they look damn cold. I mean, in the interviews Raven is shaking so bad, her voice mumbles. Get this girl on a beach!
Raven got the first rose and the first date in Finland. I like Raven. She's super open and honest. She says it like it is and I really appreciate that from her. I'm hoping we see that same spitfire attitude in Vanessa next week.
Can we please talk abut the fact that Nick is in a turtleneck. Who dresses him? Ugh, when she says I love you, I actually melted a little bit. It was very sweet. Then she says orgasm and the whole sweetness kind of went away. Do you think they actually saw the northern lights or was that just Photoshop.
Alright people. This episode was kinda slow because it was only an hour. Let's just say, Adam was thrilled! But, next week is THREE HOURS. Woman tell all and I'm just glad Corrinne will be there to spill her guts. See ya then.
I could not resist blogging Monday night's episode, it was only an hour, there are only 3 left and we deal with some PG-13 quotes. Let's recap. Last week was hometowns.
- Raven's date was sweet and we found out her dad is cancer free, amazing!! Oh and her brother is quite a little actor.
- Vanessa's dad was a boss and asked all the questions we all want to know, For example, she lives in Canada and Nick and her haven't talked about that tiny detail.
- Rachel is queen, but her judge-dad didn't show and race was a hot topic.
- Corrine loves shopping and tells Nick she loves him, Raquel the nanny is an angel.
