1. Talk to the elderly
2. Compliment a parent
3. Buy coffee for the person behind you in line
4. Put coins in someones meter
5. Shovel the snow in someone else's driveway
6. Write a positive Yelp review
7. Donate blankets and towels to an animal shelter
8. Hold the door open for someone
9. Thank a veteran, policeman and firefighter
10. Tell barista or your server they did a great job
11. Put away your grocery cart
12. Bake muffins/treats with your kid for their class
13. Have your daughter invite a new girl(s) to the movies
14. Leave a nice note in your library book when you return it
15. Give water to your mailman/UPS/FedEx 
16. Engage with a homeless person
17. The next time you hear gossip, change the conversation about that person to something positive
18. Leave notes for your loved ones
19. Let someone cut you in traffic
20. Acknowledge other people, look them in the eye, wave, nod, smile at them.
