It's the BEST transition piece for fall to winter and back to spring because you can layer cardigans with cute jackets and vice versa. And the other best part about this trend? It's probably something you already have in your closet! We're just putting a new little fresh spin on them!
The best part of anything cropped, in my opinion, is it helps give you shape. Pair this with a high waisted pair of jeans, skirt or a dress and it instantly gives you a waistline. I think it helps create a really tailored look in a very comfortable way!
I've added two additional sweaters to this roundup because I couldn't resist trying them on! One is cropped but not a cardigan and one is long (but a cardigan!). I'm just trying to keep you guys on your toes!
OUTFIT DETAILS:
- Rd Style Camo Zip Up Hoodie Pullover: medium, true to size! This fits a little oversized, but I would wear true to size. It has a hood and it so cozy! It's not itchy, and I love all the colors in it!
- Michael Stars Boatneck Tank: Medium, true to size. I would even say it fits a little small. Everyone needs this tank. It's ribbed and thick and is the best material.
- Agolde Sophie Ankle Skinny: 29. These are skinny people and a little more low rise than I am used too. They are true to size in my waist, skinny around my ankles and low on my waist.
- P448 White Zebra High Top Sneaker: 9 - true to size. I'm obsessed with this hightop sneaker trend. They are super soft and so comfortable.
OUTFIT DETAILS:

- Agolde Toni Mid Rise Straight black jeans: 29. These have a little stretch in them and fit a little loser than a skinny, plus they have a great bootcut to them.
- Sorel Lennox Lace Boot - 9, true to size. These lace up and fit like a glove, but not too tight. The waterproof full-grain leather welcomes rainstorms, while the comfortable EVA footbed keeps you comfortable all day. The rubber sole gives you the traction you need for urban treks.

- Chaser Venice High Low Hoodie: Medium, grey or terracota (do you see a fall color trend here?!). Fits true to size.
- P448 Glitter Sneaker: 9. I'm going to say this one more time, this sneaker trend isn't going anyyyywhere people. Buy sneakers you like, that are comfy and ones you can wear with everything. If I'm not being straight forward enough, get yourself some P448s, they are worth the investment.
- Matty M Nolan Plaid Coat: Medium - fits oversized. This coat is incredible. I love that you can layer it over a hoodie, sweater, or wear alone. It's cute to dress up over leggings, or jeans, and would be so cute over a dress.
- Spanx Faux Leather Moto Legging: Medium. These are tight and high-waisted but exactly how they should fit.

I am here for this trend. This trend is definitely one that you either love or you hate. I for one, LOVE it.
I used to think that combat boots were very dark, gothic and just clunky. Boy, oh boy, am I wrong. The best part about this trend is all the ways in which you can wear these boots! Pair them with cute pants, joggers, jeans, a dress, or midi skirt! These boots are perfect for fall, winter (especially in the snow), and the transition to spring. I have a feeling this trend isn't going anywhere soon!
I've picked out 5 of my favorite pairs, of all price ranges and style. My favorite way to dress these is with a cute dress- it's a perfect mix of feminine and masculine.

Schutz Andrea Combat Boot: 9, true to size. The thing I love about these boots is that they aren't super heavy (like they look). And the leather Combat boots are the everyday booties you need for fall. We love them with a feminine top and slim denim for cool contrast (and I-got-this attitude).

It's Wednesday which means it's time for SETS. Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that sets are HUGE right now. I posted a huge collection on Sunday, and now here we are with more!
The reason I love a good set is because you feel put together while also being beyond comfortable. In this weird work from home period of time, finding a good set is imperative. Evereve knocks it out of the park AGAIN with these sets.
Let's talk about Sundry. Guys, these Sundry sets are incredible. They are the softest material everrrrr. Like I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. They are perfectly tailored, a little longer (hello tall girls!), and they come in the cutest patterns.

This set came home with me. I love the cut rough neck of the sweatshirt and I loved the bright pink. Plus, it's cozy. We're entering fall and I wanted a warmer set. Also, did you notice I'm rocking my sneaks with this set? See, I told you sets and sneakers go with everything!

- P448 Glitter Sneaker (white) - 9! I love these because they are the most "basic" meaning they go with everything and anything. If you're looking for a great white sneaker, with a little flair, these are the sneaks!
I feel sad that I didn't take this one home. It's such a great fit and such a cute pattern. Plus it's softer than butter. I mayyyyy be going back for this one.

This leather jacket has been feeling all the feels. It's hard to find a good leather jacket that isn't $1000 or looks like plastic. This Marrakech leather bomber is the perfect addition to any closet. It fits perfectly, true to size, I'm wearing a medium and has the cutest detail to separate it from all those other boring leather jackets out there. Dress it down, over a cute Sundry set (more on this, this week too!), or throw it on over a dress. This jacket is so versatile, I think this trend will stick around for a long time.

The thing I love about P448s is how comfortable they are. Plus, they change them all the time, so you won't see everyone wearing the same shoe. These black spots version are so cute!

It's TUESDAY which means it's time for SNEAKERS. Guys, I'm pretty sure sneakers is my favorite (fall) trend of all time. Here's the deal with sneakers, they go with everything. From jeans, to skirts, to dresses, to leggings. You name it, I can make sneakers work. Plus, you add chasing a 2 year old and a 2 month old around and sneakers not only become fashion, they become a necessity.
I'm obsessed with the fact that hightops are back in style! Hooray 1987! And I love that sneakers are now considered fashion and not just sensible shoe wear.
Evereve has always killed the game when it comes to sneakers. They specialize in P448s, but they also carry New Balance, J Slides, Dolce Vita, Sorrel, and Gola. What does this mean? That there are tons of price ranges of the cutest sneakers.
When I was at Evereve on Saturday, I had the sweetest older lady (about 75!) ask me what sneaker she should get. She said she doesn't have any pairs and just wants one that will go with everything. I recommended a white low top Goya sneaker. She ended up with these Goya Nova Sneakers because they are majority white with the cutest leopard flair on the back. AKA - she can wear these with anything.
So that's my suggestion - if you're looking at these and thinking, holy cow, so many choices, I just want one to go with everything -- I would suggest the P448 glitter sneaker, the Goya Nova, or as you guys know, the white New Balance Alley sneaker (aka my most favorite sneaker ever).
Then once you realize you love sneakers more than anything, you can go for the spicy P448 calf hair high tops :P

- Varley Luna Legging: Medium - true to size. The leggings are like butter. They fit like a glove, they feel nice, look nice, and honestly might be my new favorite legging. They sit high on my waist (which is great for this post-partum mama), but they aren't as tight at Spanx (thank heavens). They come in a variety of cute patterns, and man alive people, are just so good.
- Varley Bayliss Sweatshirt: Medium - true to size. The thing I love most about this sweatshirt, besides that it's as soft, if not softer than the leggings, is it's length. It' comes down, just enough to cover my butt and whoo ha. The light pink is a stunning color and it's so cozy. Remember what I said? It's a perfect versatile brand that allows you to wear athleisure wear without looking like a slob. Do what you gotta do to get yourself a piece from this new brand.
- P448 Glitter Sneaker: 9. I'm going to say this one more time, this sneaker trend isn't going anyyyywhere people. Buy sneakers you like, that are comfy and ones you can wear with everything. If I'm not being straight forward enough, get yourself some P448s, they are worth the investment.
Hi friends, happy Monday! Tomorrow is the official start of fall which means, cue all the cute fall clothes! I for one, am so dang ready for fall. Bring on the cooler temps, the pumpkin flavored everything (hello, pumpkin spice cream cold brew!), and all the cute clothes.

Today, we're talking about cropped jackets! This is quickly become one of my favorite trends, because it's so cute and so flattering. Don't get me wrong, I love a long jacket, but the cropped adds a cute waistline (and is less bulky!).
If you follow me on Instagram, hint hint, you should, you know I've been loving this Z Supply jacket in the terracota color. It feels like you're wearing a quilt, except less heavy. It's the coziest jacket I've ever owned and I'm loving it in this sage green color. It's honestly the perfect transition piece from summer to fall, tide ya over through winter, and all the way into spring.

Last, but certainly not least, the red puffer jacket that is breaking the internet. This duck down jacket is perfect for fall because of how light weight it feels, but also perfect for winter, because hi, duck down! It's so cozy and warm. The crop makes a usually heavy-type jacket feel very easy to wear. Plus the color is gorgeous! Ladies, I've found your next winter coat.

- Anorak Hero Puffer Jacket: Medium, fits true to size. It's meant to be cropped, so if you're looking for a huge bulky jacket, this is not it. It fits cropped and a little wider (but not huge!). It seriously is beautifully cut and tailored looking. I love the high color, the zip, and it comes with a pouch that you can store it in, genius for travel.
- Sub Urban Riot I'm Sorry Before Coffee Tee: Medium, fits true to size. This is just the perfect white fitted tee. Plus, it speaks the truth!
- Agolde Toni Straight Ankle: 29. If you haven't tried Agolde denim yet, whats stopping you? These jeans are seriously the best fit (you've probably seen the jean shorts taking over the blogger IG world). They feel like real denim, none of that jeggings stuff, and they are cute. The coloring on them is always perfect and they fit like a glove.

We all know the feeling.
You've run out of deodorant and it only requires a quick stop at Target. You tell your husband you'll be back before Quinn wakes up from her nap. You grab your purse and you're out the door.
But the second you smell that recycled Target air, things instantly change. You tell yourself grabbing a quick coffee will actually help you be more productive. You grab a cart because your "purse is heavy" and it'll actually make you get to the deodorant aisle faster if you don't have to carry it. A quick spin down the home goods is just for browsing because you heard Magnolia has some new items.
Christmas decor is still on sale, so now you're just being a thrifty shopper, saving money for next year you tell yourself. Smelling candles is good for your soul, so is quickly trying on all the new sandals. Then you find yourself in a dressing room. You don't know how you got there. Now you need bins to organize #newyearnewyou. I have been thinking about changing the guest bedroom bedding, a quick look won't hurt.
All of a sudden, one stick of deodorant turns into 3 hours of mindless wandering, 13 missed calls from your husband, your black out from the real world ends and suddenly your cart is full and you've spent $200. It's unexplainable, no-one knows how it happens, and honestly I'm not sure I want to know.
This last time, it was for a birthday card. Literally an hour later, I found myself with 10 outfits in the dressing room, needing almost every outfit I tried on. I figured I can't be the only person who falls into this dilemma, so what's the solution? A try on sesh. Maybe this time, instead of running to Target, you can shop from your phone. One less Target run? Do it for all the husbands out there.
These are some of my favorite outfits from my try-on. Plus at the end, a link to the little extras I found. Because, like I said, those candles won't smell themselves, and the sandals won't try themselves on.

I asked you guys what you wanted to see more of when I did my Evereve try on and you said you wanted more detail on fit, feel and material. I'm going to do my very best to give you just that. I did a little in my stories, but more details below!
You also asked for outfits you can wear to Friendsgiving/Thanksgiving or holiday wear. I ranged from casual to semi-fancy. No dresses in this try on. Next time!
For sizing references. I am 5'9, 145 pounds. I typically wear a 27/28 jeans, small top, size 9 shoes.

OUTFIT ONE // This is my very favorite outfit. I loved the simplicity of the jeans and top, but making it a little dressier with the boots and jacket.
Tank: This top is just a simple lace cami. It fits true to size. I'm wearing a small with no bra. It comes in a million colors, my advice, buy every color. It's perfect for layering.
Jeans: These jeans fit a bit big. I'm wearing a 27 and they have some great stretch. They are cropped and run a teeny bit short on me.
Belt: Everyone needs a leopard belt. I'm wearing the s/m size and it's a bit big. I'm probably going to hole punch another hole in it.
Boots: LOVE these. They are a 9. Even with a pointed toe, they are very comfortable. The chunky heel is amazing. They hit a little higher than ankle bone.
Jacket: My favorite jacket, bought this one. It's a small and fits cropped in length but big in size. As you can see, it fits my arms great and hits high waist. It doesn't fit small in the body, true to size.
Earrings: No sizing here, but they are light weight which is amazing! Bought these :)
OUTFIT TWO // PS. Please note the lady in the background. She was so sweet and kept commenting on my outfits :) I wasn't sold on this outfit until I tried it on. I am usually not a purple person, but I LOVE this suede jacket. The addition of the over-the-knee suede boots really fancied it up. Plus everything is comfy.
Top: This top is a high-neck tank top. I'm wearing a small. It's a loose fitting tank. Perfect for layering. It fits a little bigger around the arm pits and boob area. I would say purchase true to size.
Jacket: This is a small. It's suede and it fits small/true to size. If you're on the edge, I would size up. It's tight around the shoulders and shorter on the he arms. I wish you could see it in person, because its gorgeous.
Jeans: Same ones as above.
Boots: I'm wearing a nine. These are over the knee, slouchy, chunky heeled boots. I wish I bought these. They fit amazing and are SO comfortable. They are Dr. Scholls which explain why they are so comfortable. Plus they are very slimming.
OUTFIT THREE // All I have to say, is buy the spanx. This is the perfect Thanksgiving outfit for when you're at home, want to look cute, but want to be comfortable. The jacket is warm, cute and fitted and the Spanx hold ya in. Told ya is was perfect.
Jacket: This jacket is a small and is fitted. It's a tad short on my arms, but I don't mind that. It's fitted in the body and shoulders. V true to size.
Top: The top is a loose white long sleeve top. I'm wearing a small and it fits big and oversized. Its a tunic, so that is absolutely the size but you could size down, but I love the loose fit. Plus its ribbed which is my favorite.
Spanx: I'm wearing a small and boy oh boy they are tight. I understand that is how Spanx fit, but sheesh. I would probably size up. They also run short, but are perfect for sneakers/boots.
Sneakers: These J Slides are a 9, and fit absolutely true to size. Plus they are cozy because they are fur lined. Buy the sneakers.
OUTFIT FOUR // We're getting comfy and festive peeps! Nothing screams Thanksgiving like plaid! I normally wouldn't have put this outfit together, but I'm obsessed. It's so comfy but put together that it feels perfect for a holiday where you scarf food all day.
Sweater: This Dream sweater/thermal is great because it's not super thick but great ribbed texture. It's super soft and I love the crewneck.
Flannel: This flannel is the softest. It's not your typical thick flannel material. It is actually very thin which makes it perfect for layering. The color is hard to tell here but its orange for sure.
Spanx: Same as above!
Sneakers: Same as above!
OUTFIT FIVE // I hate to say this, but this is one of those outfits I thought would be cuter but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. The pants just didn't fit like I dreamed they would.
Top: This is your basic Splendid stripped tee. If you don't own one of these, you should. They are kind of like a tissue tee, fit perfect and are perfect for layering. I'm wearing a XS but could probably size up so it's not so fitted. I love the three-tone aspect of this tee.
Pants: I had been dreaming of pants like this but don't love them. They are paper bag pants which mean they have a lose top with a belt. I've seen a bunch of them and love how they look on others, but not me. I'm wearing a size 27. They are veryyy stretchy, but they are very short on me. I love the idea of these pants but the execution just isn't quite there.
Boots: These Kork Ease boots are so comfy. Ive said it before, if you don't own chunky heeled black boots, you need some. True to size.
OUTFIT SIX // BOOTS. I literally had they put this outfit together because I love these boots so much. Did you know Sorrel builds their boots with holes in the heels so they fit your foot perfectly and lessen the weight of the boots. They are perfectly designed. I'm obsessed.
Sweater: This cream sweater has the cutest details on the sleeves. It's a v-neck, ribbed and perfect to layer under things. Very light weight. Very cozy. You could wear it with 100 different things. I'm wearing a small and its a bit oversized, but meant to be.
Cardigan: This cardigan is a small and fits large. As you can see in the picture, the sleeves are extra long, but I kind of like it big. I would buy true to size.
Scarf: Cutest leopard and SOFTEST scarf.
Jeans: LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT GOOD AMERICAN JEANS. Why I didn't start wearing these years ago I'll never know. I'm pretty sure they fit everyone perfectly. They fit your waist perfect, they are the best length and they are SO soft. I'm wearing a 27. They fit snug, but I would still buy true to size. They don't stretch much.
Boots: I'm wearing a nine and am buying them next time. They're perfect. A little about Sorels. They drill holes in the heels so they are light weight and fit your feet better. They are amazing and will last you for years.
OUTFIT SEVEN // If you watched my Insta-story, you heard this is my favorite outfit. Ya know those outfits that just feel like you. This is that outfit. It's that good. It's a comfy sweater, cozier jacket, my favorite jeans and my favorite boots. I love everything about it.
Sweater: I'm not typically an orange person, but I LOVE this color. It's warm, bright and cozy. I'm wearing a small, and it fits perfect. Buy true to size.
Jacket: I take back everything I've said about jackets, this is the best one. It's like hugging a teddy bear. I like that it's a teeny bit cropped and it fits perfect. I'm wearing a small.

Jacket: This jacket is a small and is fitted. It's a tad short on my arms, but I don't mind that. It's fitted in the body and shoulders. V true to size.
Top: The top is a loose white long sleeve top. I'm wearing a small and it fits big and oversized. Its a tunic, so that is absolutely the size but you could size down, but I love the loose fit. Plus its ribbed which is my favorite.
Spanx: I'm wearing a small and boy oh boy they are tight. I understand that is how Spanx fit, but sheesh. I would probably size up. They also run short, but are perfect for sneakers/boots.
Sneakers: These J Slides are a 9, and fit absolutely true to size. Plus they are cozy because they are fur lined. Buy the sneakers.
Sweater: This Dream sweater/thermal is great because it's not super thick but great ribbed texture. It's super soft and I love the crewneck.
Flannel: This flannel is the softest. It's not your typical thick flannel material. It is actually very thin which makes it perfect for layering. The color is hard to tell here but its orange for sure.
Spanx: Same as above!
Sneakers: Same as above!
OUTFIT FIVE // I hate to say this, but this is one of those outfits I thought would be cuter but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. The pants just didn't fit like I dreamed they would.
Top: This is your basic Splendid stripped tee. If you don't own one of these, you should. They are kind of like a tissue tee, fit perfect and are perfect for layering. I'm wearing a XS but could probably size up so it's not so fitted. I love the three-tone aspect of this tee.
Pants: I had been dreaming of pants like this but don't love them. They are paper bag pants which mean they have a lose top with a belt. I've seen a bunch of them and love how they look on others, but not me. I'm wearing a size 27. They are veryyy stretchy, but they are very short on me. I love the idea of these pants but the execution just isn't quite there.
Boots: These Kork Ease boots are so comfy. Ive said it before, if you don't own chunky heeled black boots, you need some. True to size.
OUTFIT SIX // BOOTS. I literally had they put this outfit together because I love these boots so much. Did you know Sorrel builds their boots with holes in the heels so they fit your foot perfectly and lessen the weight of the boots. They are perfectly designed. I'm obsessed.
Sweater: This cream sweater has the cutest details on the sleeves. It's a v-neck, ribbed and perfect to layer under things. Very light weight. Very cozy. You could wear it with 100 different things. I'm wearing a small and its a bit oversized, but meant to be.
Cardigan: This cardigan is a small and fits large. As you can see in the picture, the sleeves are extra long, but I kind of like it big. I would buy true to size.
Scarf: Cutest leopard and SOFTEST scarf.
Jeans: LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT GOOD AMERICAN JEANS. Why I didn't start wearing these years ago I'll never know. I'm pretty sure they fit everyone perfectly. They fit your waist perfect, they are the best length and they are SO soft. I'm wearing a 27. They fit snug, but I would still buy true to size. They don't stretch much.
Boots: I'm wearing a nine and am buying them next time. They're perfect. A little about Sorels. They drill holes in the heels so they are light weight and fit your feet better. They are amazing and will last you for years.
OUTFIT SEVEN // If you watched my Insta-story, you heard this is my favorite outfit. Ya know those outfits that just feel like you. This is that outfit. It's that good. It's a comfy sweater, cozier jacket, my favorite jeans and my favorite boots. I love everything about it.
Sweater: I'm not typically an orange person, but I LOVE this color. It's warm, bright and cozy. I'm wearing a small, and it fits perfect. Buy true to size.
Jacket: I take back everything I've said about jackets, this is the best one. It's like hugging a teddy bear. I like that it's a teeny bit cropped and it fits perfect. I'm wearing a small.
Jeans: Same as above!
Boots: Buy the boots. Wearing a nine. They are very comfortable. Read more above about Sorels.
