Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoon Frank's Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pound skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray
- Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, coconut flour and almond flour in a medium bowl.
- Place the hot sauce in another medium bowl.
- Dip the chicken into the hot sauce mix, then into the dry mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and then flip over and back another 4-5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
