Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Broccoli, cut into pieces
- Mushrooms
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Place all the veggies in a 9x13 pan. Toss with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. (I just eyed this, but I would say about 1/3 cup balsamic)
- Place the chicken on top of the veggies, drizzle some more balsamic.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until the veggies are softened to your liking.
- Enjoy!
