Ingredients:
- 3 fresh peaches
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (I used a food processor this time)
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 pinches of sea salt
How to make:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place peaches in a 9x9 dish and squeeze the juice of half of the lemon over the peaches
- In a mixing bowl, combing the almond flour, pecans, melted coconut oil, juice of half of the lemon, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
- Spread the topping over the peaches. Back until fruit is well cooked and topping is golden brown (about 30 minutes)
