Ingredients:
- 1 pound flank steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon cajan seasoning (you can use any seasoning, adam loves this stuff)
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Avocado (I forgot one, but I would highly suggest it!)
- 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
How to make:
- Melt the coconut oil in a medium-high heat.
- Salt, pepper, cajan season & garlic the steak.
- Put the steak in the hot oil and cook for 4 minutes on each side, flip and repeat on the other side.
- In the meantime, cut the tomatoes, avocados & bell peppers & wash the lettuce.
- When the steak is done, cut it into thin slices.
- Make your tacos & enjoy!
