Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons honey
- sea salt for sprinkling (aka the best part)
- Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper, or if you don't have parchment paper, foil and then spray the foil with pam or something like it
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla and honey. Mix.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
- Freeze for 45 minutes or until it's set
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Eat immediately.
- Repeat.
- Then thank me for curing your sweet tooth.
This is the hardest part, try not to eat it all before its frozen.
It's frozen! Pull it out, peel off the foil and cut into squares!
