4-Ingredient muffins!

4 ingredients, 1 muffin. I made these muffins the other day because I thought 4 ingredients? That's crazy! Turns out these little delights are amazing. They're more like a dessert muffin than a breakfast muffin. I got the recipe from My Whole Food Life, enjoy! These are perfect for this cold Sunday morning! 

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
How to make
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. It's super sticky so make sure to scrape the sides down! 
  3. Spoon batter in to lined muffin cups. 
  4. Top with chocolate chips (totally optional, but totally worth it) 
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy!
